This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to expedite the investigation and to recover the articles https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
stolen from the Law Office bearing No.93, East Arokiasamy Road, R.S.Puram, Coimbatore and to hand over the same to the petitioner at the earliest.
2. Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations in the FIR in Cr.No.1356 of 2017, this Court directs the respondent police to expeditiously complete the investigation. However, this Court cannot issue any direction to the respondent police to recover the articles that are said to have been stolen by the accused, as that would amount to interfering in the domain of investigation which is barred.
