When these two Civil Revision Petitions is came up for hearing (CRP.NPD.Nos.4907 & 4908 of 2014), the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners present and made submission that the dispute 2/4

between the petitioners and the respondent settled in out of court. He has made an endorsement for not pressing the Civil Revision Petitions. 2.Hence, in view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, both the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as not pressed.
