The petitioner has filed this contempt petition for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 09.09.2014 made in WP.No.21454 of 2014.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.D.Vairamoorthy, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents produced a copy of the order in G.O.(3D)No.5 Environment and Forests (FR-2) Department dated 12.02.2016 and submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with. Mr.P.Rajesh, learned counsel for the petitioner also admitted the same.

3. Recording the above submissions, the contempt petition is closed.
