ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent Police not to harass the petitioner's family. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police. 3.It is seen that a case in Crime No.1384 of 2014 is pending, in which the involvement of this petitioner is suspected. It is also seen that the respondent Police have gone to the Central Prison, Cuddalore, where this petitioner was lodged for the purpose of enquiry.
4.Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be given. The petitioner shall co-operate in the enquiry. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioner against arrest.
