This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents, to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.533 of 2021 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Attur Town Police Station, Salem District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that investigation in Crime No.533 of 2021 for the offence under Section 302 of IPC is going on and the third respondent will be able to complete the enquiry and file the final report within a period of six months.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with the direction to the third respondent police to complete the enquiry and file the final report within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
