ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offences under Sections 6(2)(3) of TNSC (RDCS) Order 1982 r/w 7(1)a (II) of EC Act, 1955, in Crime No.38 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), states that these petitioners are accused 5 and 6 in the case where 7250 Kgs of PDS Rice were loaded from a Government godown was unloaded in a private godown instead of unloading it at other ration shops. The petitioners are the loadmen, who were responsible to unload the PDS rice in a private place. He further states that pending the anticipatory bail petition, A5 was arrested. This Court finds that A6 was actively participated in the act of illegal diversion of PDS rice. Therefore, A6 is not entitled for anticipatory bail.

3. Considering the above facts, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
