Ms.S.Varsha, learned counsel for the non-applicants, opposes the applications on the ground that no sufficient reasons are mentioned in the applications for condonation of delay.
3. The delay, it appears, is of only 16 days.
4. For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits, the delay caused in filing the appeals, is condoned. The applications are allowed and disposed of. No costs.
