ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that this Court by order dated 20.02.2019, directed the revision petitioner to deposit the arrears of maintenance as ordered by the trial Court on or before 12.03.2019, but, the revision petitioner has not yet paid the said amount.

2. Despite the order of this Court dated 20.02.2019, neither the petitioner has paid the arrears amount nor appeared before this Court. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
