Necessity to file the present petition arisen owing to the fact that the 4th appellant / 4th petitioner / Priya had attained the age of majority and had every right to represent by herself. There is no more necessity for her to be representing by her guardian. In view of that particular fact, the guardian who had been represented her / mother is discharged. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

2.The Registry may list CMP No.4474 of 2022 for consideration on 11.04.2022.
