ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner for the property more fully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation dated 18.06.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioner has filed the supporting documents along with her representation seeking for issuance of patta in her name for the property more fully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition. Since the said representation was not considered by the respondent, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.
4.No prejudice will be caused to the respondent if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, by giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner, after hearing the objections of the neighbouring land owners, if any, as well as any other third party, whom the respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation dated 18.06.2025. 6.For the foregoing reason, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 18.06.2025, seeking for issuance of patta in her name for the property more fully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, by giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner, after hearing the objections of the neighbouring land owners, if any, as well as any other third party, whom the respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
