ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 18.02.2020 passed in XCA.No.78 of 2020 in C.F.R.No.24995 of 2019 on the file of Principal Judge at Coimbatore and consequently issue a direction directing the Hon'ble Principal Judge to issue certified copy of petition made in CFR.No.24995 of 2019.

2. By order dated 02.08.2023, this Court, recording non-compliance, had granted two weeks time for taking necessary steps and had indicated that failing which, the Civil Revision Petition would stand dismissed without reference to the Court. An endorsement has also been made by the Registry on 04.06.2025 that steps were not taken.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner, who had appeared before this Court on 11.03.2026 as well as today, reports "No Instructions".

4. As no steps have been taken, this civil revision petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
