For Petitioner : Ms.H.Yasmeen Ali for M/s.A.Saddiq Ali For Respondent : Mr.Inamdar Ameenur Rahman CO M M O N O R D E R (The matter is heard through 'video conferencing/hybrid mode') The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and respondent submitted that C.R.P.No.4093 of 2013 is filed against the order dismissing I.A.No.3871 of 2013 filed under Rule 76 of C.P.C., for issue of subpeona and C.R.P.No.3602 of 2016 is filed against the order dismissing I.A.No.11122 of 2016, filed under Order XVIII Rule 17 of C.P.C to reopen the cross-examination of defendant side further evidence. Pending Civil Revision Petitions, the suit in O.S.No.8787 of 2010 itself was dismissed on 28.08.2019 and hence, nothing survives in these Civil Revision Petitions.
