Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to ensure total compliance of his reports by the second respondent within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court and consequently forebear the second respondent from collecting the increased maintenance of Rs.2.75 per sq. ft unless it is done in accordance with law and restore the removed members into the full membership of the association and conduct the election to the executive committee under the supervision of the first respondent.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to ensure total compliance of his reports by the second respondent within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court and consequently forebear the second respondent from collecting the increased maintenance of Rs.2.75 per sq. ft unless it is done in accordance with law and restore the removed members into the full membership of the association and conduct the election to the executive committee under the supervision of the first respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and she has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
