(CR.NO.380/2018) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition 6(b) i.e the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders imposed by this Honble Court on 20.12.2018 in Crl.O.P.No.29980 of 2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.BALAJI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.PRABHAVATHI, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29980 of 2018 on 20.12.2018.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition from 27.12.2018 to till date.

3.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Committal Court regularly and thereafter, before the trial Court regularly on every hearing date without fail. -sd/- 27/02/2019 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
