This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent Police to file a final report in Crime No.510 of 2018 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Pernambut Police Station, Pernambut, Vellore District, on the complaint dated 18.11.2018.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after detailed investigation, the case in Crime No.510 of 2018 has been closed as "mistake of fact" and submitted the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gudiyatham. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the above, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
