ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) In the SLPs arising out of the order of the Division Bench of this Court, the contempt of which is complained of, the Hon'ble Supreme Court has passed the following order on 22.11.2024:- "The petitioners before this Court representing the Medical College as well as the Union Territory of Puducherry shall deposit the amount, as directed by the High Court in its order dated 09.11.2023, with the Registry of this Court on or before 13.12.2024. The amount so deposited shall be kept in a short term interest bearing Fixed Deposit, in a nationalized bank, on auto-renewal basis.

Re-list the matter on 17.12.2024.

In the meantime, the Commission shall not register the Postgraduate Degree granted in favour of the present petitioners or shall not give them any licence to practice, unless it has already been done."
