a) to partition the suit property by metes and bounds and allot and deliver separate possession of 1/7th share each, in all totalling 3/7th share to the plaintiffs; b) to direct the defendants to pay to the plaintiffs 3/7th share in the mesne profit that accrue from the suit schedule properties from this day at the rate of Rs.4,28,571/- per month.

c) and for costs.

JUDGMENT

When the matter came up for hearing on 22.11.2023, there was no representation on behalf of the plaintiffs and hence the matter was directed to be posted under the caption "for dismissal" on 23.11.2023. Even today (23.11.2023), there is no representation on behalf of the plaintiffs either in person or through the counsel on record. Hence, the Civil Suit is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected application is closed.
