ORDER

This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to grant a further time of two months to the Petitioner to pay the balance amount of Rs.7,50,000/- (Rupees Seven Lakhs and Fifty Thousands only) as directed by this Court vide order dated 12.12.2025.

2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks further time to comply with the order dated 12.12.2025. He further submits that the Petitioner has partly complied with the order by making a deposit on 02.02.2026 and 09.02.2026.

3. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the 1st Respondent.

4. This Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for by granting further period of two months to deposit the balance amount. Rest of the conditions in the order dated 12.12.2025 shall remains unaltered. 20.02.2026 jas Note: Issue order copy on 20.02.2026 2/4
