HARIBABU Vs STATE BY [ RESPONDENT ] INSPECTOR OF POLICE, B-5, MANAVALANAGAR POLICE STATION, THIRUVALLUR ( CRIME NO 46/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to grant extension of time to execute the sureties before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thiruvallur and to comply the conditions imposed on the petitioner in the aforesaid order dated 07.12.2020 in Crl.OP.No.18799/2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.

VIJAYASANKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.C.E.Pratap Government Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 11.01.2021 in Crl.OP.No.18799 of 2020, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking extension of time to surrender.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioners deserves to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioners to surrender before the concerned court. All other conditions remain unaltered.
