This application has been filed seeking to amend the address of the applicant in TOS.No.40 of 2001.

2.It is seen from the records that TOS.No.40 of 2001 was decreed, granting letters of administration to the Will of late M.Subramanian dated 20.04.1999. It is stated that the applicant seeks amendment of the address in the Testamentary Original Suit, since he had given address when he was residing at the time of initiation of the proceedings in the year 1999. The applicant would state that he has shifted his residence to the present address and the amendment is sought for to inform the Court to issue the letters of administration to the present address.

3.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the application and the fact that Mr.Sai Prasad appearing for M/s.Sairaj Associates, learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for this application being allowed.
