ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Contempt Petition with liberty to approach the appropriate forum and has also made an endorsement to the following effect:
"The petitioners hereby withdraw the contempt petition and permitted him he may be permitted to file appropriate Court."
In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Contempt Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with aforestated liberty, as prayed for, if so advised.
