This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the 2nd respondent to register the case based on the complaint dated 01.05.2015 against the above said person namely D.Jagadeesn and J.Thambu @ Thamburaj.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petition enquiry was conducted and closed by the respondent police on the complaint of the petitioner dated 01.05.2015 and across the Bar, a closure report has also been served to the learned counsel for the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
