O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition passed in Crl.M.P.No..2501 of 2019, on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai.

2. Heard Mr.A.E.Ravi Chandran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition No.5(c) imposed by the learned Principal Session Judge on 08.02.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.2501 of 2019 is alone modified, to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. All the other conditions shall remain intact.
