the disobedience of the order dated 10.10.2022 passed in W.P.No.26466 of 2022.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 10.10.2022, the second respondent conducted enquiry and passed an order dated 27.03.2023 in Na.Ka.No.A1/5277/2022 and the said proceedings has also been produced before this Court.
