It is seen from the records that the sole appellant died even prior to 30.07.2020 and till date, no steps have been taken to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant.

2. In view of the above, the Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
