Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 2nd respondent's impugned office memorandum bearing No.28(3)/2012-D(Ris-I) dated 09.07.2012 and amended office memorandum bearing No.28(3)/2012-D(Ris-I) dated 16.01.2013 and quash the same as illegal so far it relates to the effective date of 01.02.2013 for revised wages structure and further direct the 2nd respondent to give effect from the original date of the Om. i.e., 09.07.2012 for the wage structure also.
