This application has been field seeking an interim custody of the minor children, Asma Ahmed Imami born on 22.09.2014 and currently aged about 6 years and Amaan Ahmed Imami born on 06.08.2016 and currently aged about 4 years, from every Saturday from 6.00 P.M to the next day, Sunday 6.00 P.M to the applicant/petitioner pending disposal of the above main petition.

2. On 23.07.2020, the following order has been passed: "on consent of both the learned counsels, the petitioner/father is permitted to take the two children, namely, Asma Ahmed Imami and Amaan Ahmed Imami with him on Saturdays from 10.00 am to 05.00PM and he will drop them back at the respondent house. This arrangement would continue for two Saturdays. It is also agreed that the father can spend time with the children at the mother's place for the festival of Bakrid and on the birthday of Amaan Ahmed Imami.

2.The learned counsel for the respondent would also submit that his client would have no objection to the parents of the petitioner accompanying him on these two days. " R.N.MANJULA , J., https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

However, subsequently, visitation arrangements have been made with the consent of both parties in such a way that the father shall take the children with him every Sunday at 9.00 a.m. from the respondents residence and take them back at 6.00 p.m., and that arrangement is in force and is going seamlessly well.
