This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 135 days in representing the Second Appeal as against judgment and decree dated 07.04.2025 passed in A.S.No.26 of 2023 on the file of I Additional District Court, Coimbatore confirming the judgment and decree in O.S.No.44 of 2017 on the file of Subordinate Court, Mettupalayam dated 16.08.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner/Appellant and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 135 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.

4. Post the matter on 25.02.2026.
