This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a limited prayer to dispose of her representation dated 27.11.2007. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that her husband died due to illness on 14.6.2007, leaving behind his wife, three daughters and one son. Therefore, the petitioner having studied upto SSLC, submitted a representation to second respondent seeking appointment to the petitioner on compassionate ground. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner is before this Court.
2. Mr.S.Gunasekaran, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent.
3. In view of the limited prayer to dispose of her representation, this Court without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondents herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.11.2007 seeking for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
appointment on compassionate grounds, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
