Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent herein to consider petitioner's application dated 3/12/2019 given to the respondent to measure and demarcate petitioner's property in Survey No.545/3, 546/2, Vadamalapatty Village, Angampatty Post, Pochampali Taluk, Krishnagiri District, based on the revenue documents and title documents.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent herein to consider petitioner's application dated 3/12/2019 given to the respondent to measure and demarcate petitioner's property in Survey No.545/3, 546/2, Vadamalapatty Village, Angampatty Post, Pochampali Taluk, Krishnagiri District, based on the revenue documents and title documents.

2.Mrs.A.B.Reehana Begum, learned Government Advocate entered appearance for the respondents and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 09.06.2021 at 11.00 a.m at the office of the second respondent.

3.The said statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the second respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks from 09.06.2021. 5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
