This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the impugned fair and decreetal order dated 12.04.2013 passed in I.A.No.1091 of 2012 in R.C.A. CFR No.34802 of 2012, on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore.

2.Even when the matter was taken up for hearing on 22.09.2021, it was brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner has been evicted from the premises long back, pursuant to the order of eviction passed by the Court below.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition for adjudication. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. No Costs.
