Respondent PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to relax the order dated 08.06.2015 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Salem, in Crl.M.P.No.1700 of 2015 in respect of the condition requiring the petitioner to appear and sign before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.

O R D E R

The learned Principal Sessions Judge, Salem, has granted bail to the petitioners by an order dated 08.06.2015 in Crl.M.P.No.1700 of 2015.

While granting bail, the learned Principal Sessions Judge has imposed a condition directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. Now the present petition is to relax the said condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners have been complied with the condition for three days and as the petitioners are practicing advocates, they find it difficult to comply with the condition as it affects their profession and submitted that the petitioners shall make available themselves for interrogation as and when required by the investigation officer.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) also submitted that the petitioners have complied with the conditions for three days.

4. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners, condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1700 of 2015, dated 08.06.2015, is totally relaxed.

5. This Criminal Original Petition is ordered of accordingly.
