Respondents Wrti Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ of Certiorified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 3rd respondent pertaining to his orders which is made in No.AAI/SR/M/2-7(1)/EA dated 29.10.2007 and the order of 2nd respondent made in No.AAI/SR/M/2-7(1)/EA dated 27.06.2008 and quash the same consequent to direct the 1st respondent to promote the petitioner as Joint General Manager (Jt.GM),(ATM) with all attendant service benefits at par with his juniors for which he has made a representation dated 10.05.2013 through proper channel to the 1st respondent on 17.05.2013.

ORDER

The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, to call for the records of the 3rd respondent pertaining to his orders which is made in No.AAI/SR/M/2-7(1)/EA dated 29.10.2007 and the order of 2nd respondent made in No.AAI/SR/M/2-7(1)/EA dated 27.06.2008 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to promote the petitioner as Joint General Manager (Jt.GM),(ATM) with all attendant service benefits at par with his juniors for which he has made a representation dated 10.05.2013 through proper channel to the 1st respondent on 17.05.2013.

2. When the case is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he has handed over the papers to the petitioner and he reports no instructions. 3.Learned counsel appearing for the second respondent/Airports Authority of India, Southern Region, submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner was promoted on 30.06.2020 as Joint General Manager in the year 2018 and subsequently promoted as General Manager and, therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

4. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent, this writ petition is closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
