PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.10.2019 in accordance with lane by issuing Patta to the petitioner to secure the ends of justice.

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.10.2019 in accordance with lay by issuing Patta to the petitioner to secure the ends of justice.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.10.2019, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
