2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that a case in Crime No.40 of 2014 has been registered by the respondent Police.

4. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Police to complete the investigation and file a final report as expeditiously as possible.
