This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a limited prayer to dispose of his representation dated 01.12.2014, as he has been placed under suspension from 16.08.2012 based on the allegation that the petitioner has demanded a sum of Rs.2500/- as bribe, to issue no objection certificate to obtain electricity connection from one Thiru R.Asaitambi, and a case has been registered in Cuddalore Vigilance and Anti Corruption Cr.No.8/2012 under Section 7 of PC Act, 1988.
2. Mr.S.Gunasekaran, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent.
3. In view of the limited prayer, to dispose of his representation, this Court without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondent herein to consider his representation on merits and pass appropriate orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
