ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to expedite the investigation in Crime No.284 of 2015, pending on his file and to file final report within a stipulated period of time.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that as against one P.Rajathi and R.Gowtham, he has lodged a complaint with the respondent police and the same was registered in Crime No.284 of 2015. Though the said complaint was registered in the year 2015, till date, final report was not filed. Hence, the present petition.

3. I have heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the respondent to investigate the case in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Crime No.284 of 2015 pending on his file and file a final report, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
