The case has been heard through video conference The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 342 & 307 of I.P.C, in Crime No.141 of 2017, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.26620 of 2019 dated 03.10.2019. Hence, the present anticipatory bail application is not maintainable.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the petitioner was already granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.26620 of 2019. Hence, this Criminal Original https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
