ORDER

When the case was taken up, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the impugned proceedings was issued by the first respondent/District Collector under Section 203 of the Tamil Nadu Panchayat Act and the petitioner has already deposited a sum of Rs. 3 lakhs. Since, the tenure itself is already over, the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 2/4
