Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the 2nd respondent herein from indulging any an unfair labour practice pursuant to Section 25 T of Industrial Dispute Act 1947 read with 5th Schedule and in violation of Section 22(1) (d) and Section 23(1)(b) of ID Act.

Mr.K.Sudalaikannu, learned counsel for the second respondent. 2.The petitioner seeks for a mandamus to forbear the second respondent herein from indulging in any unfair labour practice pursuant to Section 25-T of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 read with 5th Schedule and in violation of Section 22 (1)(d) and Section 23(1)(b) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947.

3.When the matter came up for admission, this Court was not inclined to grant any interim order, but directed the parties to proceed with the conciliation. It is submitted that conciliation proceedings had been commenced on 09.04.2016 and it has been adjourned to 21.04.2016.

4.Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of by directing both the parties to participate in the conciliation proceedings peacefully so as to enable the Conciliation Officer to come to a proper solution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
