2. Appearance of the parties, is noted and future appearance is dispensed with.

3. Mr.P.H. Aravindha Pandian, learned Additional Advocate General submitted that the proceedings of the Chief Educational Officer, Kanyakumari District in Rc. No. 4286/B1/2010-2 dated 23.10.2015, issued to the concerned schools would be withdrawn and the department would consider the case of the writ petitioners, with reference to the order passed in W.P. Nos. 8850 to 8853 of 1985 and 444/1986 on 22.02.2010.

Learned Additional Advocate General submitted that appropriate orders would be passed within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. In view of the above, all the Contempt Petitions are closed.
