Captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petitions' ['WMPs' for the sake of brevity] have been filed with a prayer to dispense with the production of the original impugned order passed by the fifth respondent in Government Order No.832 F&F Government Department dated 13.07.1881 signed on 08.02.2025' [hereinafter 'impugned order' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity].

2.Learned counsel for writ petitioners submits that the original impugned order was affixed on the wall and it could not be removed and therefore, the petitioners are not able to file the same but a copy of the same is filed along with typed set of papers. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to paragraph 10 of support affidavits and the same reads as follows:

'10.I state that the original impugned order was affixed on the wall and could not be removed. Therefore the production of original impugned eviction notice may be dispensed with in the above Writ petition.'

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case on hand and 1/3

taking note of the nature of the matter, aforementioned reason is accepted.
