The petitioner/ defacto complainant has filed this petition seeking cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the second respondent by this Court vide order dated 08.10.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.19032 of 2021.

2.The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the second respondent was implicated for the offence under Sections 354D, 509, 506(i) of I.P.C. and 43 read with 66 of Information Technology Act, in Crime No.887 of 2021. Thereafter, he filed Crl.O.P.No.19032 of 2021 before this Court seeking anticipatory bail and this Court vide order dated 08.10.2021, granted anticipatory bail to him. Thereafter the second respondent contrary to the conditions imposed by this Court tried to contact the petitioner and coercing the petitioner to withdraw the complaint. Thereby the petitioner made complaint before the law enforcing agency and the said complaint was assigned CSR No.228 of 2024. Hence, the petitioner has filed this petition.

pri 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner was assigned CSR No.228 of 2024 and enquiry was conducted and thereafter the same was closed. He further submitted that the investigation in Crime No.887 of 2021 was completed and charge sheet was filed before the competent Court in E - Filing No.LTN20230001561C202400157. 4.There is no supervening circumstances that arise for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the second respondent. 5.This criminal miscellaneous petition is accordingly dismissed. 27.06.2024 pri Crl.M.P.No.4768 of 2024 In Crl.O.P.No.19032 of 2021 2/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
