Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M.B.GOPALAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- Notice to the respondents returnable in four (4) weeks. Private notice is also permitted.

Stay on condition that the appellant shall deposit the entire award amount within a period of four weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which interim stay granted shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to this Court.
