O R D E R

The prayer sought for in the present petition is to call for the entire records connected with the FIR in Crime No. 138 of 2018 pending investigation on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same.

2. It is submitted that, pending Criminal Original Petition, the petitioner and the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant have amicably resolved the dispute between themselves.

3. In order to identify, the petitioner and the de-facto complainant have submitted the photo copy of their Indentity Cards viz., 1.D.Prabavathy - 296510618247(Aadhar Card) and 2.K.Raju - 02/G/0196441(Family Card) and after verification of the original cards, the same are recorded.

4. The defacto complainant as well as the petitioner are personally present before this Court and also have been identified. A joint affidavit of the petitioner and the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant dated 13.03.2018 is also filed to the effect that the defacto complainant is willing to withdraw all the allegations made againt the petitioner and he has no objection, if the present Criminal Original Petition is allowed.

5. Recording the same, the proceedings in Crime No. 138 of 20185 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, R-3, Ashok Nagar Police Station, Chennai -600 024 is quashed. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.

6. The Joint Affidavit filed by the petitioner and the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant dated 13.03.2018 shall form part of the order.
