This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 22/01/2021 passed in IA NO. 115/2019 in OS NO.226/2018 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Vaniyambadi.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the lis between the petitioners and the respondents had been settled out of Court and therefore, there is no necessity for this Court to adjudicate the same.
