ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a complaint as directed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Krishnagiri in Crl.M.P.No.683/2021 dated 04.02.2021.

2. The petitioner filed a complaint and sought for a direction under Section 156(3) Cr. PC before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Krishnagiri in Crl.M.P.No.683 of 2021. By order dated 04.02.2021, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Krishnagiri, directed the second respondent to expedite the enquiry based on the complaint and complete the same within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. any cognizable offence is made out, the second respondent is directed to take an appropriate action in accordance with law. Even till date, the second respondent did not conduct any enquiry and register the case on the complaint of the petitioner.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the second respondent is directed to register an FIR as directed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Krishnagri in Crl.M.P.No.683 of 2021 by order dated 04.02.2021, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
