ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The 2 nd respondent/Judgment debtor has filed a memo before this Court stating that he has paid a sum of Rs.27,30,000/- as full and final settlement towards OTS.

2. The learned counsel for the Official Assignee would submit that the disputes in respect of the present petition has been resolved. The entire claim has been settled in full satisfaction and therefore, no further action needs to be undertaken. Consequently, this Application stands disposed of. This pertains to Application No.190 of 2016 in which a decree was passed. No costs.
