This Court, by order dated 01.03.2019, disposed of the above said revision petition with a direction to the Court below to dispose of the Suit in O.S.No.271 of 2012 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2.The learned Principal District Munsif, Mayiladuthurai, by way of letters dated 03.09.2020 and 07.09.2020, addressed to the Registry informed that due to lockdown because of pandemic Covid-19 situation, he could not comply with the order of this Court dated 01.03.2019, directing to dispose of O.S.No.271 of 2012. At request of the learned Principal District Munsif, Mayiladuthurai, seeking extension of time to dispose of the Suit, this revision petition was listed before this Court for appropriate orders. 3.I have gone through the above said letters. 1/3

4.This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned for extension of time. Accordingly, further five months time is granted to dispose of the suit. 01.10.2020 gsa 2/3
