This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 10.05.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that this petitioner has not attached any proof for having been given the complaint to the 2nd respondent.

4. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to go in-person and lodge a fresh complaint before the 2nd respondent. On receipt of such complaint, the same shall be enquired into and action be taken thereon in accordance with law, if it discloses the commission of a cognizable offence or drop action otherwise.
